La fundació Prats

The Prats Foundation is made up of the Prats family on a totally non profit making basis, as stated in the memorandum of association which can be summarised in the following points:

To foster culture in all its areas and to support innovative initiatives

To foster gastronomy’s study, in all its scopes.  Direct support to all kinds of study and research activities related to innovation, variation and implementation of new technologies, both in the field of Gastronomy and Hotel business.
